The Community Board of Directors for the nonprofit corporation, ANSER of Idaho, Inc., is the legal entity responsible for all school operations.

Crew ANSER, the contracted teaching and administrative staff, is responsible for the school’s daily functions. Family Council and its sub-committees are considered part of ANSER's governance structure to ensure parental involvement in school activities.
